Through God's grace and the Mercy Team, the church has helped people with housing, job searches, utilities, heating, moving, car repair, home repair, clean-ups, sympathy, condolence and several other areas.

Holidays 2007Holidays 2007
Twenty-five holidaybaskets were givenout during this year’sTurkey Day. Matt &Jocelyn Knight's grouphelped out as thisevent collided withthe Men's Retreat thisyear. A similar number of Christmas gift cards were given to CCF families as nominated by care groups.

Movers & ShakersMovers & Shakers
The Movers & Shakers continued to move, shake and tried not to break in 8 to 10 moves this year, including getting some furniture from Citizens to CareNet (our first bank job). This group of 20+ random people helps members move and helps with some church events. Thanks to Sam Stevens ("The voice of WCTK"), who is moving on to other ministries.

Card MinistryCard Ministry
Yolanda Ricci and Betty Roth have continued to pen cards to our CCF families for marriages, births, illnesses and condolences. Thanks to Cathy Jackson for her help with this ministry in the past.

Wheels & MealsWheels & MealsThank you to Deryl Poirier for supervising the calendar year 2007. She has passed the cooking coordination apron on to Becky Frost for 2008.Rachel Branca continues to take the ... wheel as Wheels coordinator.

The April 2008 Team Huddle is showcasing all current Mercy Team groups, the Counselling Team as well as several of the community ministries that we support including: Providence Rescue Mission (PRM) Faith & Hope Baptist Church (FHBC) CareNet, Rhode Island Bethany Christian Services The Artic Mission.
