What are we doing with an MAV?
• Designing RIT’s future MAV platform
• Entering the US/European Flight Competition
• Working toward a fully autonomous vehicle (that’s right it will eventually fly itself! )
• Designing the airframe structure based on the aerodynamic design (P09121) and integrating it with the flight controls system (P09122)
What do we need?• Mechanical Engineers:
– Design Engineer
– Structural/Fluid Analyst (CFD/FEA)
– Materials Engineer
– Test Engineer
• Industrial Engineers:– Manufacturing Engineer
