Attendance lists (ALs)
• Observe timelines for ALs:
• To be safe: Upload any outstanding ALs before the end of this year
• Look out! For email notification/s to ensure successful AL uploads or check with your PC

• What to include in your certificate:
- GP’s full name & QA&CPD reference number - Activity title & number- Provider name and number- Dates activity was held (must match AL)- Number of hours the GP attended if Cat 2 activity- Indicate allocated number of points and category- Indicate if activity has been approved for EM/PS

• Must be issued upon completion of activity or all activity components if it is a Cat 1 activity (e.g. ALM)
• Must be clear and complete (as per previous slide) just in case GPs need to verify with us for any missing points

• Minimum of two Category 1 activities
• ARC accredited “basic” CPR
Please note...Updated CPS is available online to all GPs or may be requested only by the GP (due to privacy laws) from their QA&CPD unit

• Provider Package and Contract expiry dates- PP expires 3 yrs from purchase date- Contract expires at the end of the triennium (end of this year)
• Check places left for PAC & FSW• Complete AP/EP pending Ass’t req’ts

• Activities that enable the systematic identification and evaluation of processes, problems within processes and improvement of processes throughout the lifecycle of a product or service.

Clinical Audit- planned medical education activity designed to help GPs systematically review aspects of their own clinical performance against defined best practice guidelines.
- Involves a five-step cycle- May incorporate the use of PEN CAT

Plan , Do, Study, Act (PDSA)- is a practical way to break down change in work processes into manageable portions, and to test small parts to make sure that there is improvement and that effort is not wasted
- Current RACGP QA&CPD model requires a minimum of three cycles in 3 months- May incorporate the use of PEN CAT
