Fabricated from the finest carbon or stainlesssteel, the internal locks are heat-treated and the handcuffs feature smooth ratchets for ease of cuffing. All

Smith & Wesson handcuffs come with a double locking system to prevent tampering and provide that extrameasure of security. Pin lock models feature a pushpin that provides a means to prevent tampering andfurther tightening to help prevent injury.
