2008 FBISD Mock Election Voting Instructions

Social Studies and Educational Technology Departments

Students

Step 1: Student Voting

1. Open Internet Explorer.2. Enter the following URL: www.fortbend.k12.tx.us/mockelection2008/

3. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and select the Click to Vote button.

Step 2: Student Voting

Enter your Username as follows:District\student id #

Enter your Password & click Ok.

Step 3: Secondary Student Voting

Click here to cast your vote.

Make sure this is your name.

Step 4: Student VotingSelect the presidential and senatorial

candidates of your choice.

Click here to cast your vote.

Students will only be able to cast one vote.

Parents

Step 1: Parent Voting

1. Students will log in. 2. Click the Vote Here link. (Even if the

student has already voted.)3. Click the link below so that the first

parent can vote.

Step 2: Parent Voting

1. The parent will select a candidate.2. Click the Vote button.3. Close and re-open the page so that the 2nd

parent can vote.

Step 3: Final Parent Screen

www.fortbend.k12.tx.us/mockelection2008/2. Select the FBISD Mock Election Portal.

Step 2: FBISD Staff Voting1. Select the Vote Here link.

Step 3: FBISD Staff Voting

1. Click Respond to this survey.

1. Select a candidate and click Save and Close.
