The new construction sequence requires change in logistics planning. Demolition of the existing façade and 13th Street utility work is accelerated.

This allows for an earlier start and completion of Area 2, which in turn allows construction of temporary ramps to the Exhibit Hall floor.

Materials and equipment now flow through the loading dock.

The Mechanical/Electrical nerve center gets a much earlier start in Contract 2.
