Ian Weiner, PEBB Enterprises – President & CEO.

Upon reflection, 2019 was a year of continued growth and evolution. Building on the momentum which began in 2018, our portfolio grew with several major acquisitions in Las Vegas and numerous acquisitions closer to home. This year we set our retail leasing and development sights on the Nevada desert and South Florida and, along with several partners, began acquiring a small portfolio of medical marijuana dispensaries throughout the State.

As always, we remained committed to building a strong and cohesive team of professionals. Several key positions were filled this year including a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Development Manager, Senior Leasing Associate and Senior Property Manager. These additions will further support and enhance PEBB’s model of vertical integration that provides the framework to aggressively pursue new opportunities for diverse ground-up and value-add development, strategic joint ventures and partnership equity investment and sustained long term growth.

As we enter into the New Year, we are excited about our prospects and remain thankful to everyone at PEBB Enterprises for their continued commitment and dedication to our collective vision and shared goals.
