Our solutions are based for small to medium scale conferences or conventions: Airport Meet & Greet We know how important it is to provide a first impression for your guests. We provide effective staff members to meet and greet guests at airport terminals with visible signage to lead them to the appropriate point of departure either on motor coaches or on vans. We provide on time ground transfers with minimal wait times or delays. Route Planning and Implementation Over 34 years of experience in the San Diego area has lead Five Star Tours to plan and implement effective routes. Our planning is based on your events’ specific needs whether in the Downtown, Mission Valley or surrounding areas. We can form a route based on your time schedules, locations and events’ goal. We utilize a color method to distinguish different routes and implement onsite coordinators to facilitate up to date information on routes. On Site Coordinators Experienced and highly informed of up-to-date information powered through Nextel® communications, our on-site coordinators have been trained to perform in tight situations. Our staff can provide manifests and passenger tallies based on vehicles utilized or can have times for upcoming shuttles servicing routes. On-site Coordinators are great tools to provide a high sense of security and efficiency when time is an issue. Security Program Since 9/11, Five Star Tours has adopted security tools for the overall safety of our passengers and staff. We can provide wristbands to identify guests who are secured to utilize any of our services. This security blanket is an added value feature! All tours that we create are prepared for you by an experience tour manager who has been in the business for over 20 years. The tour manager’s responsibility is to ensure that the proper Five Star standards have been adapted towards the creation & implementation of the tour. On the tour, you will have an experienced tour guide explain to you the historical, cultural aspect of your tour and also answer any questions you may have while on the road.

FOR EXAMPLE: SAN DIEGO WINE COUNTRY TOUR Did you know San Diego has a wine country located north of Downtown San Diego. We will travel to learn about the local wine making process and the different types of grapes grown in the region to create the perfect wine. We will visit the Orfila Vineyards & Winery where we will enjoy a picturesque view of the mountains and vineyards while enjoying five wine tasting along with a souvenir logo glass. Afterwards, we will travel to the Bernardo Winery, which is hidden away in the hilly countryside that was once part of a Spanish land grant, this rustic facility is one of the oldest continuously-operating wineries in Southern California. Again, we will do some wine tasting with a take home souvenir and a lunch pair with the local wineries.
