    From the North: Going

    south on I-5, take the

    Stanwood/Camano Island Exit

    (Exit 212) to SR 532. Head

    west on SR 532 to Stanwood

    (approximately 5 1/4 miles)

    and turn left, at the third stop

    light, onto 88th Ave. NW.

    Proceed to the stop sign and

    turn right onto Marine Drive.

    Head south to the Camp

    Entrance which is on your

    right, in approximately 4

    miles.

    From the South: Going north on I-5, take the SR 531/172nd St. NE Exit (Exit

    206) to SR 531. Head west on SR 531. In approximately 2 1/4 miles, SR 531 turns

    to the right and becomes Lakewood Road. Continue on SR 531 (Lakewood Road)

    to Marine Drive (approximately 5 miles). Turn right onto Marine Drive. Headnorth to the Camp Entrance which is on your left, in approximately 1 1/4 miles.

    EVENING SPEAKER - Justin Vold attended the LB Seminary. While at

    Seminary, Justin served Good Shepherd and Stavanger LB

    Churches in Fergus Falls, MN, as their Youth Director and

    Associate Pastor. Justin is currently serving as a traveling

    Bush Missionary to remote villages in Alaska that have no

    Pastor or Church. Come and learn about the challenges of

    walking with God and ministering to a needy world, wherever

    God has placed you.

    ADULT BIBLE TEACHER - Dr. Paul Kress is a graduate of Azusa Pacific

    University (BA), Golden Gate Theological Seminary (MRE)

    and the University of San Francisco (Ed.D.). Paul has spent

    the last thirty-nine years working in Christian Education. He is

    currently serving as Professor of Education at Northwestern

    University in Kirkland. Paul and his wife, Cindy, have

    attended Maple Park in Lynnwood since 1991. Paul enjoys

    teaching adult classes and preaching at his church and as well

    as other churches in the area.

    SONBURST SPEAKER - Daniel Stenberg, his wife Karen and their son

    Judah just relocated back to Olympia, WA from Buffalo,NY. Daniel has a desire and passion to see youth own

    their faith, and understand why they believe what they

    believe. Struggles come, and obstacles arise, but dealing

    with these situations and the effect that they have on ourfaith and relationship with Christ is something that is very

    important and personal for Daniel. He is excited to share

    experiences and application on how the Lord has been

    working in his life with the Sonburst kids at Bible Camp.

    SURGE SPEAKERBrad Hoganson has served at Word of Life LB inMarysville for 15 years in the roles of youth pastor, associate

    pastor and presently, as the senior pastor. He is married to Traciand together they have two children, Shea and Camden. Brad is

    excited to speak to the SURGE students as they discover truths for

    a Closer Walk with our Lord Jesus Christ.

    COUNSELORS are needed! To apply to be a counselor for either the

    SURGE or SONBURST programs, download and complete the Counselor

    Application Form from ourbiblecamprocks.comwebsite.

    TEACHERS are needed, too! Please consider serving as an Elementary

    teacher. You will receive a reduced program fee for helping in this vital area of

    Are you out of High School but still what to attend Bible Camp? The Districtwide 20-Something Age Group is planning several age specific activities.

    SPECIAL RECREATION ACTIVITIES

    A Voucher Coupon will be issued to each Camper that will entitle you to choose

    one of these Special Recreation activities: Ropes Course, Zip Line, Climb-

    ing Wall, Horse Rides, or Canoeing. Start talking to your friends about whichactivity you, and maybe your whole cabin, want to do together!

    Daily Recreation Opportunities include swimming, mini-golf, softball, tennis,

    basketball, horseshoes, soccer, etc.

    CAMPER GUIDELINES

    Early Registration is due by May 1, 2010.

    Be sure to take advantage of this Early Registration Deadline and save $20

    per Person!

    CHECK - INbegins Tuesday, June 29, at 4:00 PM.

    CHECK - OUTis on Sunday, July 4, no later than 2:00 PM.

    Children, 3rd grade and younger, must stay with a parent/guardian.

    Campers, 4th to 12th grade, may stay in cabins with Counselors.

    WHAT TO BRING: A Bible, a notebook, a flashlight, towels and toiletries,clothing, a sleeping bag and a pillow (unless housed in Olympic View Lodge

    where linens are provided) .

    WHAT NOT TO BRING: Fireworks, personal electronic devices (IPOD, MP3players, PSP, DS, etc.) and pets are not allowed by Warm Beach Camps; please

    respect their rules.

    RV CAMPERS: No ground contact fires are allowed by the Fire Department.

    Please bring your own metal above ground fire ring if you desire to have a fire.
