has multiple benefits.

this leads to healthier

produce in the home, less

consumption of toxic

chemicals and a

stronger sense of

connection with the food

you consume.

reduces the albedo rate

thus, minimizing the

heat island effect. it

also helps bring down energy

costs to help reduce our

carbon footprint on

by captured rainwater.

the slanted roofs funnel rainwater into the courtyard

where it is met by mini bogs that assist the

filtration system. overflow

from an intricate above ground pipe system

underground cistern.

installing porous

paving helps

reduce runoff and

cleans the water before

it hits the water table.

this will also help keep our

rivers and drinking

water clean. when a

fountain is installed, use

the collected rain for

the main water supply.
