Welcome to Pursuit 2010!

I am convinced that God is shaking everything that can be shaken in order that we would have total dependency on Him. He wants nothing else but ALL of us. He is calling us and drawing us to give ourselves wholeheartedly to Him and you are responding to His call!

I consider it a great privilege to gather with people who are hungry and thirsty for His presence- who simply want Him. This weekend is devoted to encountering Him and I believe that He will meet you this weekend. Together lets give Him everything!

Amanda Falk would like to be known as a worshipper; drawing people into God’s presence. Amanda has many accolades, such as 2006 Juno Award- “Best Contemporary Christian Album of the Year”. She has gone on to win the GMA Canada Covenant Award for Female Vocalist of the Year for four consecutive years, 2005 through 2008, as well as many others.

The love of gospel music was infused in his heart at a very young age by his parents, and grandparents, who were involved in music. Michael and his band began to accept invitations to lead worship at various Christian events internationally and by 2004 his music ministry had become a full-time calling.

Cory Asbury began leading worship at his church in North Carolina at the age of 17. His goal through his music is that hearts would fall more in love with Jesus, & that a deep longing to know & love Him more would be awakened. Cory currently leads worship at IHOP-KC & is married to Anna Asbury, a prophetic singer on his worship team.

The oldest Son of a family of five, He grew up with a rich spiritual legacy. He sang in church for the first time when he was 4. Since then music has been a part of his spiritual DNA. In 2008, the Lord called him to take his place as a watchman on the wall of intercession (Ezekiel 3) as an intercessory missionary / worship leader with the International House of Prayer, Kansas City.

Stacey Campbell is a prophetic voice to this generation and has a passion to teach believers to know how to hear the voice of God through proper teaching and strong values. Stacey carries a strong desire to see Canada rise up in her destiny and purposes. She is a gift to the Global Prayer House, Pursuit Conference and schools.

Corey Russell has been a senior leader at the International House of Prayer located in Kansas City, Missouri for the last eight years. IHOP began in 1999 with a prayer meeting that continues to this day; from dawn to dusk and through the watches of the night.

Laura Hackett learned to hear the voice of the Lord at a young age by sitting at her piano, singing the Word & listening for the Spirit. Laura was born in Cleveland, but she & her family have lived in Kansas City for the last 17 years, & helped start IHOP–KC in 1999. Laura is also an associate worship leader at IHOP-KC.

Antonio Baldovinos, founder of the Global Prayer House & The PURSUIT events & schools, has a passion to see people know Jesus Christ as Lord of their life & to know Him intimately. For the past 10 years, Antonio has been leading outreaches with the Impact World Tour, one of the largest evangelistic organizations in the world, with over 100 citywide evangelistic outreaches a year.

Corey Stark is the Executive Director of Internships at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, where he resides with his wife Meredith and daughter Samantha and a new baby on the way. Their family life vision is to be “burning and shining lamps” having hearts that are fully alive in the love of God.

Allen Hood (M.Div., Asbury Theological Seminary) serves as the Associate Director of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. As the Associate Director, he is deeply committed to promoting the establishment of unceasing corporate worship and intercession in every tribe, tongue, and nation.

John Ross comes with years of experience in the area of Live Production, producing large scale events for over 20 years. Founders of YWAM’s Live Production Course (LPC) in 2002. John and his wife Donna have been missionaries with Youth With a Mission for over a decade, producing events in 5 continents. He will be teaching a workshop on Production; sound, light and media.
