In a crisis we tend to look for thewrong kind of leadership. We callfor someone with answers,
decision, strength, and a map of the future, in short someone whocan make hard problems simple.
Instead of looking for saviors, weshould be calling for leadership
that will challenge us to faceproblems for which there are nosimple painless solutions problems that require us to learnin new ways.
