You may have noticed a more streamlined version this year. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we have trimmed the catalog to include our most popular items. Rest assured that we continue to offer a wide variety of products from more than 60 leading manufacturers. Items not included in the catalog can be found on our ecommerce store at www.vincentlighting.com. There, we have more than 10,000 items with expanded descriptions ready to be purchased with a click of the mouse. Our reference guides, including the throw distance charts and lamp reference, can all be viewed online as well.

Our Cleveland office has settled into new space in Solon. This new location allows us to offer training and an expanded rental inventory. YOUR GUIDE TO CONNECTORS

stage Pin Also known as 2P&G, GP or Pin Connectors, this type is the most common wiring device used in the entertainment lighting industry. If you need a connector for your fixture in the theatre, most likely, you will need this type.

twist-lock Also called NEMA Locking, L5-20 and GTL, the prongs on these connectors are curved. As the name implies, once plugged together, it is twisted to lock the connector and prevent it from being unplugged. It is consistent with standards set forth by the National Electrical Manufacturers’ Association (NEMA).

edison This connector is also referred to as U-Ground or GR. This is the most common wiring device of all (being that it is used in every home and business in America). A NEMA type, it has applications in all areas of the electrical industry.

cam-type Used mostly by touring rigs and other events where large amounts of power are needed temporarily, Cam-Type connectors provide a quick and easy weathertight connection for feeder cable and power distribution.

Most fixture manufacturers post their data sheets online, which will tell you what lamps they require. To assist you, we provide links to our manufacturers’ sites at vincentlighting.com.

basicPalette ii is an entry level memory lighting console which supports 16 Submasters and 100 channels.

classicPalette ii features channel counts from 150 to 1500, two playbacks and 32 submasters.

presetPalette ii is a great board on which to learn lighting, with its single-scene/two-scene operation. It is available in 32/64 or 48/96, which offers extended manual controls.

light Palette classic is a traditional console with two timed split crossfaders and 12 combination submaster/playback faders. Four rotary encoders and a built-in touchpad along with sophisticated on-screen controls provide powerful moving light control.

light Palette live has 48 powerful submaster faders for exceptional hands-on control, ten pages of submaster assignments and 12 playback faders for multiple cue stacks and quick access to all aspects of your show.

Strand Lighting’s new Light Rack is flexible, silent, compact and light weight. Modules are interchangeable between 120 volt and 208 volt power switching for moving lights or quiet 800ms IGBT dimming for static fixtures. You can mix and match to meet the needs of any show. Its size and silence makes it ideal for working in the wings, and the small footprint also makes the Light Rack stingy on truck space.

PRICINGLamps are not included with fixtures unless noted. Quantity discounts are available on items in this catalog as well as pricing on non-listed items. Pricing is subject to change without notice due to misprints, manufacturer cost increases or circumstances beyond our control. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Please call any of our offices for current prices and quantity discounts.

PAyMENTAll Purchase Orders are subject to acceptance at our home office in Cleveland, Ohio. Tax exempt customers must provide an original tax exemption form to the Cleveland, Ohio office.

Terms are Net 30 days, from date on invoice for approved accounts. Two percent (2%) per month service charge will apply thereafter (equivalent to 24% per year). We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express for orders without an approved account.

SHIPPING/TRANSPORTATION/SHIPPING CLAIMSIf ordered before noon, all in-stock items usually ship the same day. With your order, please provide shipping instructions and the date for which items are needed. In the absence of shipping instructions, our Shipping Department will use its best judgment. Partial shipments on any order will be made at the request of the customer or at our discretion. F. O. B. shipping point. Freight will be prepaid and the charge added to the invoice or invoiced separately in some cases.

Vincent Lighting Systems will not be liable for late delivery and/or inability to perform caused by any contingency beyond its control, including without limitation: strikes, riots, acts of terrorism, lockouts, war, accident, weather, fire, flood, disaster, inability to obtain materials essential to the manufacture of products, or governmental or other limitations or restrictions on material, labor, manufacturing, delivery, or shipping.

All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made by consignee to carrier, although we will render every aid and assistance in the presentation and enforcement of such claims without waiver of our rights to have compliance with the terms for payment of our invoices.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTyProducts are carefully tested and inspected at the manufacturer and are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects when shipped.

Any equipment which is proven defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion upon written authorization, according to the terms of the manufacturer. Customer may be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty repairs.

We will not assume any responsibility for labor expended or materials used to replace and/or repair equipment without our prior written authorization.

RETURNSWe hope you are pleased with the merchandise you purchased from us. If it fails to meet your expectations, please call us immediately. Merchandise can only be returned with prior authorization. Please call for Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. To request an RGA, please provide the following information: reason for return, quantity, catalog part number(s), purchase order number and invoice number. Once you obtain an RGA, shipment can be made and the merchandise will be credited upon receipt. The RGA will be voided if merchandise is not received 30 days after date of issuance. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Special, custom-made equipment or custom-cut material cannot be returned, except for defects in materials, manufacture or workmanship.

All returns are subject to a 25% minimum restocking charge, plus any cost of reconditioning which, in our judgment, is deemed necessary. Freight and labor charges will not be credited.

RENTALSMinimum rental period is one day. Please reserve rental equipment in advance to allow for preparation. Rental equipment must be returned by 10:00 AM the morning it is due back. We reserve the right to bill for cancellations made without reasonable advance notice. Spare lamps are provided with rental fixtures at no additional charge, although dead lamps must be returned with the rental to avoid replacement costs. Customer is responsible for all lamps on rental periods over one week.
