Our Wholesale Terms

All orders ship from our main facility in Jenison, MI 49428.

We ships all orders via FedEx or LTL for larger ordersupon request. FedEx orders are sent Ground unless otherwise requested.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPINGWe ship heat sensitive products year-round using cold-packed boxes. Whenconditions warrant we will pack your perishable items in a cooler box andget it to you within two business days. There is a $6 charge for each coolerbox required. Cooler box charges are capped at $24 per order.

PREPAID SHIPPINGFor orders meeting their zone’s prepaid order minimum, KM Direct-2-Storewill pre-pay freight and deduct the cost from your final invoice. To view yourzone’s prepaid order minimum see the chart below.

We ship all orders the beginning of each week as follows:

- All orders received by 4pm (EST) Tuesday ship the following Mon & Tues

- All orders received after the cut-off will be shipped the following week.

We are fully committed to your satisfaction - if for any reason you find an item to be unfit upon receipt, simply contact your K&M representative for a full refund and return shipping instructions. Returns take ten business days to process.

K&M Food Concepts will not create a back order for an item that may be out of stock.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience we accept all credit cards, processed at the timeof product shipent, or 15-Day terms for approved customers.
