2011 Sales Awards
Samurai Award
• This award is given each quarter to the individual sales person who
is at the highest percent of goal for the time period in question –
Winner must be 100% of Goal.
• The winner of this award will hold the Samurai trophy until the
following quarter when the next winner will be recognized.
• The quarterly winner will also receive a dinner certificate ($100) to
one of a restaurant of their choice (Restaurant - Must be a
Customer).
Bigfoot Award
• This award is given each quarter to the individual sales person who
generates the most Agency Commission for the time period in question –
Winner must be 100% of Goal.
• The winner of this award will hold the Bigfoot trophy until the following
quarter when the next winner will be recognized.
• The quarterly winner will also receive a (2) night stay at Harbor Towers in
Boston & AMEX Gift Cad for Dinner ($150).
Annual Awards
• There are several awards that will be given out at the annual
meeting every year.
• Should an individual receive one of the higher recognized awards,
he/she would not be eligible for further awards. (Example: Sales
Person of the Year would not be able to also receive the 100% of
Goal Award)
Agency Sales Person of the Year
• This award is given to the individual producer who generates the
most Agency Commission for the calendar year.
• A trophy will be presented to the winner for permanent recognition
of his/her accomplishments over the year.
• The agency salesperson of the year will be awarded with a Watch of
their choice or MacBook. (value up to $1,500)
Sales Person of The Year - Challenger
• This award is given to the individual producer who not only is at
least 100% of goal but also generates the second highest Agency
Commission for the calendar year.
• A trophy will be presented to the winner for permanent recognition
of his/her accomplishments over the year.
• The individual who is wins this award will be awarded a Leather
Briefcase or iPad. ($500)
100% of Goal for Year Award
• This award is given to recognize each individual producer for
reaching his/her annual goal.
• A trophy will be presented to each recipient for permanent
recognition of his/her accomplishments over the year.
• Also, those who meet their goal for the year will be awarded a
MontBlanc Pen or iTouch. ($250)
• (Must be employed for all 12 months)
Sales Incentive Trip – All Eligible
In 2011 we will be having what we hope is our 3rd Annual Sales Trip. In
order to qualify for this trip a producer must be 100% of goal and
employed for at least 6 months.

If the mentioned producers write OVER $1m in Agency Commission
the Destination of the Sales Trip will be as follows:
2 Night Trip to Miami Beach, FL at the FontaineBleau Resort
2012 Dates: Winter
Activities: Golfing, Fishing, Shopping, Spa, Beach
*Destination could change, but will be comparable.

Sales Incentive Trip – All Eligible
If the mentioned producers write UNDER $1m in Agency Commission
the Destination of the Sales Trip will be as follows:
2 Night Trip to Manchester, VT at the Equinox Resort
2012 Dates: Winter
Activities: Skiing, Ranger Rover Course, Spa, Shopping
*Destination could change, but will be comparable.

•Those Who Exceed their Quarterly Goal – 5% Bonus on Quarterly
Production
• Those who are less than 85% of their Quarterly Goal – Reduction of
$250 in each Months Salary for the next quarter. If a Producers Salary
is reduced at anytime during the year and they finish the year above
goal reductions will be paid back retroactively.
Note: Management can make exceptions, if a Large account is sold but not booked.
