• Modeled after Crane Learning & Education Center (CLEC) effort at NSWC Crane
• Initial Partnership – Professional Development Council (PDC) at Indian Head Division-Naval Surface Warfare Center (IHD-NSWC) & Energetics Technology Center (ETC)
• Evaluate and assist the service member’s preparation for career transition into federal, state, and private industry careers in Southern Maryland and the National Capital Region
• Provide unified case management for clientele to include the provision of family support services, resume rework/ composition, and skills training
