[ SEASON TICKETS ]

To purchase season tickets in the priority seating areas, patrons must first join the Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) by making an annual fund gift. All MAC members will receive a season ticket application for each respective sport at a designated time or, following receipt of their MAC donation. New season ticket seating locations are assigned after the season ticket order deadline has passed, based on the following criteria:

AVAILABILITYAll seats are subject to availability. A contribution to the MAC, at any level, does not guarantee you will receive season tickets. Once all renewal orders are processed, new MAC members will be assigned the best available seats based on their donation level, in order, from highest to lowest.

ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONAll numbered seating sections in Milan Puskar Stadium are assigned a required “per seat” contribution, which at a minimum, a new season ticket holder would be required to make. However, making this “per seat” contribution does not guarantee you will receive seat locations in those designated sections. Seating in the Coliseum will be assign based on your annual giving level.

Once all renewal orders are processed, new MAC members will be assigned the best available seats based on their donation level, in order, from highest to lowest. If demand exceeds availability in designated sections, seat locations will be assigned in the next best section available.

[ PARKING ]Parking in the general area of the stadium or coliseum is sold on a season basis and requires a color-coded permit, which matches the designated areas. Parking permits are available on a limited basis to season ticket holders who are MAC members. Parking will be allocated and assigned based on MAC priority guidelines and are purchased through the Mountaineer Ticket Office. A parking order form will be included with each season ticket application.

The Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) is the fundraising arm of West Virginia University’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and operates in partnership with the WVU Foundation. The WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics pays 100% of the scholarships awarded to more than 350 student-athletes in 17 varsity sports from monies raised by the MAC. MAC fundraising efforts also support capital projects required to build and maintain first-class athletic facilities. In addition, monies raised by the MAC are used to support a variety of programs which enhance the overall experience of WVU student-athletes. University, the WVU Department of

Intercollegiate Athletics receives no

state funds or financial support from the

University. With more than 350 student-

athletes in 17 varsity sports receiving

financial aid each year this creates a

CHECK/MONEY ORDERS - Checks and money orders should be made payable to WVU Athletics.

CREDIT CARD – the Mountaineer Athletic Club accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

SECURITIES - Donors may make a charitable contribution through an electronic transfer of stock or the actual stock certificate. You may eliminate paying capital gains tax and receive an income tax charitable deduction for gifts of long-term appreciated securities.

If you choose to purchase tickets based on priority seating, in addition

to making a contribution, 80% of your contribution is tax deductible. For

100% tax deductibility of your annual contribution, you must decline

your right to receive any benefits at the time you make your gift. Only

the individual, organization, or business making the contribution and

holding priority seating status is eligible to receive the tax deduction.

Major gifts or contributions not associated with ticket priority or other

benefits are 100% deductible. Mountaineer Athletic Club donors will

receive a receipt for tax purposes from the WVU Foundation upon

receipt of their donation.

Since the Mountaineer Athletic Club operates within the West Virginia

University Foundation, contributions are tax deductible to the fullest
