Consumptions Rates

The charges and expenses of the berthing will start from the date of the booking or the boat’s arrival whichever is ear-lier in time. The yacht will have to leave the facilities or reno-vate its berth reservation be-fore 14:00 of the last day of reservation .

The rates will be the approved and published by the MRJCI, the user assumes the knowl-edge of the rates and his ac-ceptation. The discounts will apply according to previous payment of the invoiced pe-riod. In case of noticing a delay in the payment, and/or return of the banking receipt in a period exceeding 15 days the discounts will be removed.

Storages are exclusively rented by MRJCI users, only one (1) per yacht is permitted. In case of sale of the yacht associated to the storage or berth cancel-lation, the renting of the stor-age rights may be retained for a maximum period of 3 months. The monthly fee of storage rental is 20 € + VAT.

On departure day, the boat must leave the berth before 2PM , otherwise it will be billed an additional mooring night. The cancellation of

berth and/or any other service/s must be notified by written (letter, e-mail or fax) 15 (fifteen) days in advance. The amount of unused

berth days might be credited for future payments, considering a minimum period outside the port of t 15 days. The minimum stay in berth

to claim for this benefit will be 30 (thirty) days. The calculation of the days will run from the day of the boat´s departure till the berth day

paid in the last invoice. The resulting value may be used within a period of 1 year from the date of initial invoice. The amount may be used

only to cover the cost of mooring for a period not less than 30 days. Not applicable for dinghies.
