Spa Jets

1. Water is taken into the water system through the skimmer and suction port.Coast Advantage: Our refresh button activates filter cycle on demand and our exclusive sweeper jet blasts any debris, on your spa floor, up and into the skimmer & suction. Bonus: Coast Spas® have an extra large skimmer surface to skim more water than traditional designs.

2. Working its way through the plumbing to the heater where it is instantly increased in temperature. Coast Advantage: Coast Spas® have extra large 3” plumbing to increase the amount of water being supplied to the pump, heater, filtration and purification system.

3. Water then travels to the spa pump where it is then powered through the rest of the system. Coast Advantage: Coast Spas® have high horsepower pumps that have been custom engineered to run on low speed during filtration cycles (1 amp draw). Power and efficiency. You can have it all.

4. Next the water travels through the filter canister where particles smaller than the eye can see are captured. Coast Advantage: Exclusive Pressurized Commercial Grade Filtration with an available 175 sq.ft filter. By far the most advance and effective filtration system available.

Everything on your spa can be replaced, except for the shell. This is why Coast Spas® produce the strongest shell in the industry. We combine up to 12 layers of fiberglass onto the vacuum moulded acrylic and reinforcing any potential structural load points with angle iron. This is then covered with more fiberglass. 5. The majority of the water now travels to the jets in the hot tub where it is mixed with air before delivering a generous massage to the bather. Coast Advantage: Coast Trillium jets give you a deep tissue massage simulation with strategically placed jets to maximize effectiveness. They are also adjustable by simply turning each jet to allow more or less water pressure.

6. Some of the water travels to a mazzei injector which employs a venturi effect to draw in O3 (ozone) that is produced by the spas ozonator. Coast Advantage: Coast offers the O3 One Plus Ozonator which produces a higher concentration of O3, further increasing the level of sanitation in your spa.

7. The water than travels to a salt water generator (if installed) where electrodes connected to the regulator box constantly produces salt water. Coast Advantage: Our Ecoclean™ Salt Water Generator (also includes built-in ozonator ) produces softer water that is gentle on sensitive skin, odor free and eco-friendly.

8. The ozone rich salt water now travels to an expansion chamber that increases the efficiency of the ozone.Coast Advantage: The Crystal Clear Purification Chamber® boosts ozone efficiency.

9. The water then exits through the drain in the bottom of you spa.

The Water Diversion Blade® disperses water and contaminants evenly around outside of the filter resulting in more efficient filtration.

Purification Plus OzoneYour hot tub will filter all of the water in your spa in a matter of minutes. However the fabric of your filter is limited to capturing only the contaminates that are larger than 3 microns. To remove microscopic organic contaminates you need an ozonator. Ozone is one of the most powerful oxidizers known today. Ozonators produces energetic oxygen or “ozone” that oxidizes foreign contaminates. The Crystal Clear Purification Chamber® gives ozone increased access to organic materials while in their energetic state (before converting back to oxygen) thus drastically increasing its efficiency.

Salt Water GenerationThe Ecoclean™ Salt Water Generator is an eco-friendly alternative to using chlorine as the method of sanitizing your spa water. The continuous generation of sodium chloride reduces the amount of sanitizers needed for spa operation. Effective insulation greatly improves the energy efficiency of a spa. There are several different styles of spa insulation: some manufacturers fill the entire cabinet with foam, while others insulate the underside of the shell, the inside of the cabinet, or both.
