Yoga returns to SHPC with An Altar in the World In her book An Altar in the World, Barbara Brown Taylor teaches that God loves us,including our bodies and it is with our bodies that we are able to serve God in thisworld. Jessica Goulding, E-RYT, (Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher) will strength-

en your bodies while also strengthening your spirits as she teaches youYoga along with meditations based on An Altar in the World. There will be10 sessions starting Feb. 10 and going to May 4 (skipping Spring Breakand Easter). The class will be on Saturday mornings in the FMC.
