Potential 50/50 cost share with cumulative sewer fund. Budget Cost: $240,000 Construction Cost: $480,000

Budget Cost: $540,000

2012 Bond Based Budget Project: Franklin Street Culvert and Detention Basin “Super 17” Project Design By: GAI Description: Install 5’x7’ storm sewer box culvert below Franklin Street and restrict flow in order to utilize city property as stormwater detention basin. Mitigate invasive plant species and install native wetland plantings to filter stormwater runoff pollutants. Budget Cost: $700,000

2012 Bond Based Budget Project: Wall Street Detention Basin (Phase 2) “Super 17” Project Design By: In-House Description: Install plantings to naturalize detention basin and filter stormwater runoff pollutants. Also, construct a viewing area to educate public about project. The city has a 50/50 cost share grant with Save The Dunes for the planting work. Budget Cost: $150,000
