Total Consideration Average Deal Size

Slower deal flow has been a consistent

trend for the last couple years as public

builders grapple with priorities for spending

cash and consistent sources of land

development/home building capital remain

tough to come by for private builders. Most

eyes are on spring new home selling season

of 2017. Nearly all public builders are

eyeing shortfalls in lot pipelines in

2018/2019.
