SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:Orders are shipped via UPS Ground pre-paid anywhere in the United States and Canada unless weight or packaging requirements necessitate shipment by freight carrier. The cost of freight will be added to your invoice.

Once your order is fi nalized, your order ships from our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless you request a future ship date. Depending on where you are located, delivery ranges from 3-5 business days.

RETURNS:No returns are accepted without an Aspen Brands return authori-zation number (RA#). All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and the return itself must be received with-in 30 days of that date. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging at customer expense. All unauthorized returns or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

CLAIMS:Shipping Damage:Upon receipt of your merchandise,check cartons for outside damage. If the outside cartons are noticeably damaged, a claim should be fi led immediately. Please call our customer service department for further instructions.
