NAA Rocks the Block – Sparking Connections THURSDAY, JUNE 20th

7:00 – 10:00 p.m.

All attendees will be invited (tickets are included in full conference registration and can also be bought separately) with fun advanced promotions (highlighting the sponsors!) and will receive a map at the single, main entrance of the party, as well as in advanced conference promotions. NAA Rocks the Block party will take over two full city blocks (Fifth Avenue between L and J Streets) which will be filled with extensive food and beverage, live music, theme lighting and interactive entertainment – just for NAA attendees!

The party includes ten restaurants located within the two city blocks of the party and will provide food in the streets as well as in each of the restaurants, too. In each of the restaurants, sponsors can host the cuisine of that restaurant, in addition to being able to customize specialty drinks and other branding opportunities. The unique storefronts, wide brick sidewalks, traditional gas lamps and historic architecture of the neighborhood create the perfect backdrop for a spectacular event. Attendees can also enjoy the retail shops too.

All NAA Opening Party sponsorships open on January 15, 2013 (forms not accepted prior to the 15th) and are available first come, first served bases to all NSC Supplier Members and NAA Property Management Members. On February 15, 2013 sponsorship opportunities will be made available to NAA Supplier Members.

Be a part of what is sure to be a great and memorable event - the 2013 NAA Opening Party, held on Thursday, June 20th from 7-10 p.m. The night will be memorable as NAA attendees stroll into the historic San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and enter into our very own private block party – the streets, sidewalks, restaurants and shops will be closed to the public and only available to NAA attendees.

New this year, the NAA Opening Party Sponsorships are available to NSC Supplier Members and NAA Property Management Members. On February 15th, sponsorship opportunities will be made available to NAA Supplier Members. We also have added the format where you can team up with a partner and share a restaurant sponsorship.

The second level, Dussini Loft Bar, offers an upscale environment with a distinctive menu. Both venues are housed in an elegant, historical building with exposed brick walls and modern furnishings creating a unique, urban experience.

Band Sponsor Qty: 1 Value: $15,000 Put your company center stage and sponsor the one 6-8 piece street band with dancers. All will be entertained throughout the entire evening and connect you with the fun. Attendees can preview the band in advance on the event website compliments of your sponsorship. Your company name will be featured on the stage and in announcements by the band.

Restaurant Sponsor Qty: 8 Value: $10,000 - $15,000 Customize one of the restaurants on 5th Avenue that will be serving extraordinary cuisine and drinks for attendees to enjoy. Price varies on capacity and amenities. Each restaurant will be serving food (selected by NAA) inside the restaurant plus a food station will be set-up outside on the streets offering the same food selection. Each restaurant inside will have a full open bar that includes wines, beer and cocktails. A sponsored pre-made signature drink will be exclusive to each restaurant.

Co-Sponsorships In the spirit of partnerships, if you are interested in teaming up with a property or NSC supplier partner for a restaurant sponsorship, we can accommodate promoting two brands for an additional 50%. For example, Acqua at $10,000 could be shared for $15,000 total. For the co-sponsorships, we welcome a property to team up with a supplier, a supplier with another supplier partner or two properties team together.

Photo Booth Sponsor Qty: 2 Value: $5,000 Provide NAA attendees a great way to capture memories of the party. Have attendees take home a keepsake photo(s) with your logo printed on the picture that they instantly get to take home. The two (2) photo booths will be set up during the Party and will include photo props (hats, glasses, boas, etc.) to keep the attendees giggling, smiling and laughing the entire time.

Upon submitting the Sponsorship Commitment form to NAA, the sponsor agrees to comply with all the following terms of Sponsorship:

Payment in full is due at the time of commitment for all sponsorships.

Each sponsor understands and agrees that no monies will be refunded based on unavailability of a particular sponsorship opportunity.

Co-Restaurant Sponsorships: NAA can accommodate promoting two brands to share one restaurant sponsor for an additional 50%. For example, Acqua at $10,000 could be shared for $15,000 total. For the co-sponsorships, we welcome a property to team up with a supplier, a supplier with another supplier partner or two properties team together.

NAA Show Management must approve all sponsorship recognition including, but not limited to, introductions, presentations, signage, handouts, and giveaways.

Sponsorships will open on January 15, and are available first come, first served bases to all NSC Supplier Members and NAA Property Management Members. On February 15, 2013 sponsorship opportunities will be made available to NAA Supplier Members.

NAA will not be held liable for cancellations made by speakers or entertainment of sponsored events.

NAA may, at its discretion, replace any speaker or entertainment with what it deems to be comparable talent.

No sponsorship monies will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Unless expressly authorized by NAA, the sponsor will have not creative input into the production of any sponsored opportunity.
