Student Consulting
Example projects:
The customer faced the challenge of optimizing the transportation routes of his delivery vehicles considering various side conditions. The student consulting team transferred the side conditions into a mathematical model and programmed a software-prototype for route optimization. Transportation costs could be reduced by 8%.
The goods receipt processes of the customer were analyzed regarding optimization potential. The consulting team developed a customized action plan to improve efficiency. After implementation the required number of temporary employees at peak times could be reduced significantly.
