[학력]베를린 공대에서 전기 공학 및 통신 전공 (Diplom-Ingenieur)

[경력]독일변호사협회, 독일지식재산보호협회(GRUR), 국제변리사연맹(FICPI), 국제라이선싱협회(LESI), EPI, VPP의 멤버LESI IUGT committee의 부위원장

독일/ 베를린 이동통신 서비스 업체 및 이동통신 시스템 네트워크 장비와 관련된 주요 제조업자들과 함께 업무 진행, 스페인/ 마드리드에서 글로벌 네트워크 장비 제조업체와 일하며 광통신 분야의 실질적 지식 취득

특허권 침해 관련, freedom-to-operate analyses (FTO), standard essentiality analyses, 특히 이동 무선 통신 분야(GSM, UMTS, LTE)등 다양한 기술 분야의 특허출원 기술에 초점을 두고 있음.

유럽 특허청, 독일 특허 상표청에서 구두 변론 참석, 노벨티(novelty) 조사와 분석 실행에 폭 넓은 경험이 있음.국제 문제와 관련된 클라이언트 지원을 위해 특히 아시아, 북미 지역 등의 다른 관할권에서 법률 회사와 협력함.
