Classical Mystery TourSince its initial performance at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in 1996, Classical Mystery Tour has become one of the top symphony pops attractions. Th e group has been performing consistently — appearing with more than 100 orchestras in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Classical Mystery Tour was the high-est selling show of the San Diego Symphony’s 2011 Summer Concert Series, and played three packed houses at the Sydney Opera House in 2009. Th e group has performed twelve times with the Fort Worth Symphony, and broke attendance records four years run-ning with the Indianapolis Symphony. Th e four musicians in Classical Mystery Tour look and sound just like the Beatles, but Classical Mystery Tour is more than just a rock concert.  Th e show presents more than two dozen Beatles tunes transcribed note-for-note and performed exactly as they were originally recorded.  Audiences hear “Penny Lane” with a live trumpet section, experience the beauty of “Yesterday” with an acoustic guitar and string quartet, and enjoy the classical/rock blend on “I Am the Walrus.”  Classical Mystery Tour is the best of the Beatles — from ear-ly Beatles music on through the solo years — like you’ve never heard them before. Michael KrajewskiMichael Krajewski is the music director of the Philly Pops and principal pops conductor of the Houston Symphony, Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. He fi rst conducted Th e Cleveland Orchestra in April 2012, and returned to make his Blossom debut in July 2013. As a guest conductor, Mr. Krajewski has performed with the Boston Pops, Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. Other guest conducting engagements have included appearances with the orchestras of Baltimore, Dallas, Detroit, In-dianapolis, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Washington D.C., as well as many other orchestras across the United States. In Canada, he has led the Na-tional Arts Centre Orchestra and the Calgary, Edmon-ton, and Winnipeg symphonies. Overseas appearances include concerts with the Hong Kong Philharmonic, Iceland Symphony Orchestra, and the Ulster Orchestra in concerts in Belfast and Dublin, and with Spain’s Bil-bao Symphony Orchestra. Michael Krajewski is the conductor of the video Silver Screen Serenade with violinist Jenny Oaks Baker, airing on BYU Broadcast-ing. He has led the Houston Symphony on two holiday albums: Glad Tidings and Christmas Festival. He has also worked on presentations with such classical artists as fl utist James Galway, mezzo-soprano Marilyn Horne, pianist Alicia de Larro-cha, and guitarist Angel Romero, and pop artists including Roberta Flack, Judy Collins, Art Garfunkel, Ben Folds, Patti Austin, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Pink Martini, Ann Hampton Callaway, Cirque de la Symphonie, Classical Mystery Tour, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. With degrees from Wayne State University in Detroit and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Mr. Krajewski furthered his training at the Pierre Monteux Domaine School for Conductors. He was a Dorati Fellow-ship Conductor with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and later served as assis-tant conductor.
