At the Enrollment Workshop (Aug 11) you are choosing your elective courses (placing them in your RAMSS Shopping Cart). You will not, however, be enrolled in the courses until you enroll in your course selections on your enrollment appointment date –August 12 (see Step 4 below). You will be automatically enrolled in your four required courses for fall and winter. You are responsible for enrolling in your six electives. Your six electives must be chosen as follows (see list of courses on back of this page):
two Humanities and two Social Science courses from Table I;
one course from Table III; and
one course from either Table I or Table III.

Important Information Minors: Ryerson’s Minors Policy allows students to earn any Minor. Refer to Ryerson’s calendar for a complete list of Minors and their requirements. Many of the courses in Table I and Table III can be used towards a Minor. Program Course Restrictions: BA English students cannot use ENG courses to meet their Table A or B requirements. PHL 214 is not available for credit. Transfer Students: If you have received confirmation about receiving transfer credits for first year courses you can select courses from Year 2 (or higher) requirements or electives. If you have not received confirmation about transfer credits, please enroll in your courses as if you have not been granted transfer credits, but be prepared to drop these courses if confirmation is received. IN ALL CASES, it is recommended that you consult with the Program Administrator for clarification about transfer credits. Course Information:
