Lot #11 Farm to table Lamb Feast

The main event of this feast is a whole, organic, grass-fed lamb raised in napa, locally sourced through Agriculture 4 Youth. Your lamb will be butchered, and a choice cut will be used as the main course of your feast for twelve prepared by the expert chefs at napa’s Elaine Bell Catering. The remaining lamb will be delivered to your home to enjoy at future gatherings. Your farm to table dinner party will be prepared by Elaine Bell Catering and hosted at the Osgood Fam-ily home in the Oak Knoll District. Enjoy KSyrah Syrah Sauvignon Blanc and Rose produced by Justin-Siena parents Kathy and Rick Osgood and MadoroM wines produced by Justin-Siena parents Ma-rissa and Andy Amador. You won’t need your pearls on the tennis court or yoga mat, but feel free to pull them out for the swanky Saturday night dinner complete with classic cock-tails. The weekend begins with an invigorating morning yoga session lead by Ann Yates (Justin-Siena alumni parent) and spa cuisine lunch al fresco, poolside. Spend the afternoon enjoying tennis with napa’s highly respected tennis expert, Marie Torkelson (Justin-Siena par-ent); hiking, swimming, or just relaxing in the sunlight. Cocktails and appetizers will be served on the Yates family farmhouse table while the aromas of your catered meal are prepared in the kitchen by Chef Adam Clark from the acclaimed napa restaurant, Oenotri. After the farm-fresh feast, the dance party begins! The evening will culminate with a guided meditation under the stars. On Sunday, en-joy Sunrise Yoga followed by a champagne breakfast. You’ll be the talk around the water cooler when you and seven guests savor an exclusive winemaker’s dinner in your own home or at an agreed upon luxurious location with highly sought after napa Valley winemakers and Justin-Siena parents, Bob Levy and Martha McClel-lan. Bob Levy has produced wines for famed Harlan Estate since 1983, and Martha McClellan has been a preferred winemaker for many years for such labels as Sloan Estate, Checkerboard, and Blankiet to name a few. While you dine on a delectable meal prepared by CiA trained Chef Mike Magee ’88, Bob and Martha will share their skills and passion for wine by providing a library of dinner wines from Levy & McClellan and Ampersand and lead an exclusive blending session.

Auction items that are not claimed immediately following the event will be moved to the Advancement Office and must be claimed by Friday, April 10, 2014. items not claimed by that date will be offered to the next highest bidder.14. unless otherwise indicated, all lots expire on April 1, 2015, unless otherwise set by the item donor.

tax InformationAuction Items: in accordance with federal tax law, only that portion of the purchase price of an item that exceeds the fair market value is tax deductible. Purchases with a tax deductible value in excess of $75 are required to be substantiated by a receipt from Justin-Siena. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your auction donation or purchase. Raffles: The purchase of raffle tickets, or other donation which results in entry into a drawing, is not tax deductible.
