+ All IFT Event Requests will no longer be accepted by fax and all dates must be requested using the approved Prometric IFT Event Request Form ,located on the Prometric website. In order for Prometric to process the request, the form must be completed accurately and in its entirety.

In-Facility Updates

+ Moving a candidate+ All candidate applications must arrive 10 days prior to an event.+ Prometric recommends that you use UPS or another private delivery provider.

USPS may cause a delay in the receipt of your paperwork.+ If a candidate needs to move to a sooner testing date and the application arrived

in the appropriate timeline, you may add the candidate to an event up to five Business days prior to the exam.

+ If you have sent in all the applications for an event but you need to add an additional candidate. You may send the candidate application and payment to Prometric to be added to the testing date. The application must arrive 10 days prior to the testing date and include with the application a copy of the date request form so registration and scheduling knows what site and date to schedule the candidate into.  Otherwise, the candidate risks being scheduled regionally or on another upcoming In-Facility test date.

+ Any cancellations that occur must be done at least five business days before testing. Cancellations must be made by calling the Prometric Candidate Services at 1-866-241-3116, then option 1 for Candidates

+ Exceptions to this would be in the event a candidate has a medical or family emergency. However, the candidate will need to provide proof of hardship to cancel and reschedule without penalty of fees.
