All crates NOT remaining in the product showroom must be emptied and ready for removal by MONDAY, JANUARY 27TH at 5:00 PM so that hallways can be cleared of all materials prior to the start of the conference program on Tuesday.
Carpet protection will be provided in the hallways for move‐in. If any empties need to be removed after January 27th at 5:00 PM, the exhibitor will be responsible for the cost of re‐laying and removal of the carpet protection and any overtime charges.

SERVICE INFORMATION Product Show Room Carpet Product Show Rooms are carpeted with Mandalay Carpet. You are allowed to cover this carpet, however, should any damage occur to the carpet the Exhibitor will be held responsible. Discount Price Deadline date In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheet, we must receive your order and payment by January 2, 2014 at 5:00 PM. Save money by ordering labor in advance. All display and rigging labor orders placed at show site will be charged an additional 40% above the advance rate. Take advantage of the Online Special price by ordering online at www.freemanco.com/store by January 2, 2014 at 5:00 PM. Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors.
POST SHOW PAPERWORK & LABELS Our Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and Labels in advance. Complete the Outbound Material Handling section on the order form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for pick‐up of your exhibit at the close of the show.
