    CBOB - stout is packed with chocolate and roasted coffee

    flavours, with a slight sherry like aroma. Further bittered

    to balance the sweetness of the malts, the beer has a

    unique hoppy aroma with orange, pine and resin flavours

    noticeable.

    Aureole 4.0 PaleLow strength golden ale, lots of citrus flavour from the

    amount of Summit hops used.

    On the Rails 3.8 DarkChocolatey mild with a notable hop character throughout,

    bittersweet in the taste and aftertaste, with a dry finish.

    Rhino Rye 5.0 Speciality

    An American syle Rye ale, brewed with rye malts to give a

    slightly spicy note plus clean bitterness from the Magnum

    hops.

    Atlas (Sinclair) Quoyloo, Orkney 2002/2010 3 Sisters 4.2 Amber

    A classic Scottish 80/- style beer brewed using Chocolate

    malt for a rich, Dark ruby colour and slightly toasty and

    fruity flavour.

    American Summit and Cluster hops gently added late in

    the boil, and a touch of roasted barley to give a copper

    of an old brickworks.

    Ginger Doodle Stout 5.0 SpecialityA Dark stout with a subtle hint of ginger which rounds off

    the bitterness

    Twyford Tipple 3.7 AmberTawny coloured bitter which has a good balance of malt

    and hops in the flavour and a citrus hop finish.

    Vanilla Stout 5.0 Speciality CBOB - Dark stout infused with vanilla and Dark malts.

    Blonde 4.2 Pale

    An unhealthy amount of New Zealand and American hops

    take this beyond the usual. Light and fruity but still with

    plenty of body.

    Naughty Pilchard 4.0 AmberBrewed with a mix of four different malts and plenty of

    late New world hops - this is no ordinary sardine.

    White Cross IPA 5.7 Pale New hoppy, American-style IPA.

    Aussie IPA 5.2 Pale

    New Australian hop varieties, Galaxy and Stella, are

    combined in this golden, 100% Maris Otter IPA to produce

    strong bitterness coupled with a sweet aroma reminiscent

    of apricots. Big fruit flavours lead to a strong warming

    finish.

    A clean dry stout, the yeast attenuates dry while

    character malts such as chocolate, crystal and roasted

    Cuckoo brewed at Ripple Steam. A Pale beer with a touch

    of character malt lending body to compliment the high

    hop content. The hops used give the beer a pleasant

    aroma of a tropical fruit salad with a twist of lemon,

    passionfruit and grapefruit.

    Dirty Stop Out 5.0 Dark

    Smoked oat stout - complex, Dark, with hints of

    smokiness and perfume aromas. A blend of 9 malts
