Step By Step Process:

SATS Request

Step (1) Submitting a SATS Request

A.Go to http://sats.uhc.com/sats/

B. Log Into SATS

- Enter employee information

C. Click “Access to Applications”

D. Select “Add Access” then click Next

E. Select “UnitedHealth Producers – Ovations Distribution Portal”, then click Next

F. Select your name, Click the >> button to move your name from “Available Users” to “Selected Users”

G. Click Next

H. Select the appropriate type of site access (Role):

- Note: Please select (odp_phd_rep)

even though “admin” is shown in the graphic

- Indicate your Job Title and Roles in the

Business Justification

- (example “DSU Rep”), and add Comments (example “Needed to perform job responsibilities”)

I. Click Next to submit.


Confirmation:

Step (2) Confirmation Email

You should receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours that your access has been approved.


Resetting Your Password:

Step (3) Log onto portal

Log onto the DSU (https://www.dsu.unitedhealthproducers.com/)

- You will need to reset your password.

- You create your unique password at this time.

Instructions

B. Click on the “I would like to reset my password for non-network system” link.


Instructions Cont.3. Select the UNIX from

User ID Type drop-down list.

4. Type in your UNIX User ID. (you create)

5. Type the New Password

(you create)

6. In the Confirm box, re-type the New Password.

7. Click Reset.


If there are problems with the instructions above, please call the Help Desk at 888- UHT-Desk and ask for a UNIX password reset.

Special Note

You will not receive a notification of an expired password, so we

recommend that you change your password for

dsu.unitedhealthadvisors.com anytime you change your network

password. Please note that you will need to reset your password

every 90 days

Step 4: Ordering Process

Log In Site: (once access is granted)

1. Click “Product Information & Materials” tab

2. Click “Materials” drop down

3. Click “Sales Materials”



1. Choose Plan Year (for AEP 2014 it will default to 2014)

2. Choose State

3. Choose County

4. Click Search



1. When plan is located, click

“Plan Materials”



1. Enter

“Order Qty”

(i.e. 1)



1. Click: (ADD TO CART)




1. Click

“proceed to checkout”

2. Fill in

required information:- First/Last Name

- Address

- City/State/Zip

- Phone

3. Click “submit order”



1. Order Confirmation

2. Materials will arrive in

5 to 7 days.
