2. Candidates must complete and return both the Private Candidate Entry

Form and the Acknowledgement of Receipt Form. The information

written on both forms must be identical.

GUIDANCE NOTES1. It is the responsibility of candidates to ensure that there is no timetable clash at the time entries are submitted, no

special timetabling arrangements will be made.

2. Once entries have been made, amendments to selection of subjects will not be considered.

3. Fees paid will not be refunded or transferred.

Registration Method

A. Registration by Post - From 2 January 2014 to 30 January 20141. A duly completed entry form;

2. A photocopy of your HKID card/ passport (for verification purposes only);

3. A cheque for the payment of examination fee;

4. A self-addressed, stamped envelope.

B. Registration in Person / Through a Representative - From 2 January 2014 to 30 January 2014Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays only)

Lunch Break: 12:45 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Place of Registration: LCCI Hong Kong Office, 20th Floor, Cornwall House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay,

Hong Kong.

Payment of Examination Fees(a) By cheque (no post-dated cheques), and attach it to the entry form. Cheque should be made payable to

"Educational Resources (HK) Limited". Please put your name and contact number on the back of the cheque.

(b) Cash payment is accepted for in person registration.

Admission FormsAdmission Forms will be posted to candidates about 10 working days before the examinations. If you do not receive your

Admission Form by 19 May 2014, please call the International and Professional Examinations Division of HKEAA at

36288711 during office hours for replacement.

Examination ResultsResults will be posted to all candidates four months after the last examination date. Candidates do not receive a result

slip by the end of September 2014 should contact the LCCI Hong Kong Office directly at 31020100. Any requests for re-

issuing of results after October 2014 may not be considered.

Candidate with Special NeedsCandidate with disabilities may apply for special examination arrangements (e.g. allocation to special centres, extra time

allowance, provision of braille or enlarged question papers) for an examination. Each application should be accompanied

by supporting documents. School candidates should apply via their schools. Private candidate may submit the

applications together with the entry forms on or before 30 January 2014. Late applications without valid reasons may

not be accepted.

PublicationsExtended Syllabuses, Textbooks, Past Question Papers and Model Answers are available for sale at the LCCI Hong Kong

Office.

Change of AddressIf there is a change of address after submitting your application, please inform the LCCI Hong Kong Office immediately.
