The posting from Mr . Glover hat you included does no t contain an y statements or comments that would appear to violate the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct. Further, if an attorney is rude, uses harsh language or exhibits ba d m an ne rs , s uc h c on du ct would fall short of the profession’s best standards. However, such conduct ordinarily would no t violate a Rule of Professional Conduct and would no t be s ub je ct to discipline except in extreme cases. Therefore, no investigation will be conducted. appeal.

Lawyers Board

Supreme

Court.

Appeals
