Research Department. The map includes projects completed or under construction from

January 2010 through June 2015 that are within the boundaries for Downtown Denver as

defined in the 2007 Downtown Area Plan. The map includes renovations only if the building

changed its use or purpose as a result of the renovation. While many projects on this map

include ground floor retail, the map does not highlight this retail component. Project names

listed on the map are the current names of the development or building. For additional
