APPEA has secured a number of accommodation rooms at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. This venue features numerous dining and entertainment options.

Rates include one full breakfast (single rate) and two full buffet breakfast (double rate) in the Cove Café. Accommodation bookings must be accompanied by one night's tariff as a deposit on the booking. This amount will be deducted from the credit card provided, directly by the hotel. Delegates will be responsible for payment of the remainder of their accommodation and all costs incurred during their stay at the hotel.

Conference Cancellation Policy. A cancellation fee of $220 will apply to cancellations received in writing to [email protected] prior to Wednesday 7 October 2015. No refunds of registration fees will be given for cancellations after this date. Replacement delegates can be nominated without incurring a fee by emailing [email protected] prior to COB Wednesday 21 October 2015. Should a name change be required after Wednesday 21 October 2015 then an administration fee of $55 will be charged. Please note, APPEA reserves the right to refuse the participation of any delegate from a member company that is not �nancial.
