About Brambleton Community Association

Location

Brambleton Community Association is a large-scale, master homeowners association for the Brambleton com-munity, located in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Population

Brambleton encompasses more than 2,000 acres, is currently home to over 4,500 households or approximately 17,000 residents, and will grow to nearly 9,000 single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

Connect with New Residents

As one of the fastest growing communities in Loudoun County, we welcome hun-dreds of new residents to Brambleton each year. As a service to our new residents, the Brambleton Community Association developed a New Resident Handbook. The handbook is designed to provide an overview of the community and an easy-to-use reference guide with answers to essential questions pertaining to Brambleton and its Homeowners Association.

Advertising Availability

Prior advertisers (2014) will receive fi rst right of refusal for the 2015 year. Please in-quire about availability in July 2015 as we are limited to only 16 ad spaces. Exclusivity will be granted to no more than 4 of the same business type.

Publication Requirements

To ensure timely publication of our handbook, electronic business card and payment should be received within 7 days of submitting an application, which is due June 8, 2015. If payment is not received within 7 days, the space will be made available to the next advertiser on the list. Send a professional, print-ready electronic business card, then mail in the application and payment. Checks should be made payable to Bram-bleton Community Association. No refunds available.

Residents enjoy everything that Brambleton has to off er including a calendar full of wonderful community events. The sponsorship opportunities are endless – festivals, fi reworks, outdoor summer concert series, adult social events, pool parties (for canines and humans!), neighborhood camp out and much more.

Sponsorship

The main sponsorship information is mainly for our two bigger events (Fall Festival and Red, White & BRAM); however, we welcome sponsors for our smaller scaled events as well. We will work with you to create a sponsorship package that works for you and can customize any of our current packages to optimize your marketing potential. Have an idea that you don’t see on sponsor form? We are open to suggestions and would love the opportunity to speak to you about them.

Visibility

Becoming a sponsor of one of Brambleton’s premiere events provides the opportu-nity to make a personal impression on the 5000+ attendees. Based upon your level of sponsorship selected, we’ll promote your organization through our well established communications platforms including our website, Facebook page, on event materials and your sponsorship will live on after the event on our very popular Event Volunteer Tshirts.

Brambleton’s family friendly events including, our patriotic celebration in late June known as Red White & Bram, the Sizzlin Summer Concert Series held on alternat-ing Thursdays throughout the summer season and our Fall Fest, are very well known throughout Loudoun County and draw attendees from surrounding communities.

We also welcome sponsorship for our smaller events. These are usually focused on a specifi c target market such as Bunny Trail which is focused on elementary aged chil-dren or Comedy Night which is for adults only. 2015 SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT FORM

1. For all sponsored events, Brambleton Community Association will continue to be responsible for the management of all functions and will handle all arrangements with other suppliers as necessary. Bram-bleton Community Association will work with sponsors to coordinate your sponsored function.

2. All sponsors must submit a current company logo and company description no later than 45 days prior to the event. The logo may be submitted in camera-ready printed form or in an electronic format (.jpeg and .eps formats are best). The logos shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the sponsor company; and shall be used by Brambleton Community Association in a professional manner to signify the sponsor’s support of Brambleton 2015 Events and, shall not be revised or altered in any way by Brambleton Community Association without permission. Use of the logos shall create no rights for Brambleton Community Association beyond the terms and conditions of this limited license. Company logo and company description should be sent to events@brambleton.org.

3. A 50% deposit is required at the signing of this agreement and is non-refundable. Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to Brambleton Community Association at least 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance of the sponsorship fee is also due in full no later than 30 days prior to the event.

4. Brambleton Community Association reserves the right to decline any sponsorship opportunities for any reason (i.e. level exclusivity, if applicable; previous sponsorship commitment not met, etc.)
