INNOVATION BEHIND THE C.A.R.E.S.© PROGRAM…
C.A.R.E.S.© is not a refund program, but rather a discount
program. One by which a clinic’s fertility services is packaged bythe cycle or treatment plan, then discounted and offered topatients without insurance coverage (“cash” patients) for theirdesired services.
Since the CARES© Program includes so many differenttreatment options, it meets the needs of a higher percentage ofa clinic’s patient base, allowing them to treat and assist morecouples. Time and discount maximums protect clinics fromprolonged service requirements and open ended financialcommitments.
Patients benefit on multiple levels from enrolling in the CARES©Program.
● No third party “company” deciding eligibility. Clinicsrun their own program and these MD’s determinepatient eligibility.
● Affordable treatment options to fit every budget, withmultiple financial assistance companies available tolend funds, if necessary.
● Discounts on first and single cycle packages, withoutthe need to purchase multiple treatment cycles inorder to receive a discount.
● Only pay for the services and treatment they receivenow.
● Patients & Physicians determine the best treatmentplan for the patient/couple, without being limited toonly IVF therapy options.

FINANCIAL PROGRAMSCURRENT FERTILITY PROGRAMS…
In today’s fertility market, most A.R.T. Clinics are familiarwith companies that offer Shared Risk/Refund Programsfor Regular and Donor Egg IVF treatment. In fact, these companies have been quite successful increating partnerships with fertility clinics, by selling aplatform that allows them to offer these programs to theirpatients, while the “company” assumes responsibility forthe cost of applicable refunds when patients don’t getpregnant during the term of their package.
Unfortunately, strict medical criteria prevent manypatients from qualifying, and others can’t afford the highprice of the packages. Of patients who do qualify, manywon’t require multiple cycles to get pregnant, and end upspending more than necessary to achieve the same goaloutside of a Shared Risk or Refund Program.
COMPANIES ARE THE ONES BENEFITING…
They benefit from collecting monthly partnershippremiums from fertility clinics, along with package feesfrom patients. While it’s these same clinics losing money asa result of low patient enrollment, who subsequentlyrealize the need to drop out of these programs as quicklyas they signed on. And it’s the patients who paid formultiple cycles, and achieved a pregnancy after only one,who are now left with paying off a second mortgage ontheir home.
WHY SHARED RISK MAY NOT BE A WISECHOICE...
First, Shared Risk and Refund Programs heavily “screen”patients, to weed out those with the least likelihood of gettingpregnant. Age limits, FSH and BMI limits, and other criterialeave many patients ineligible to participate.
Second, although a significant number of patients expressinterest in Refund packages, many find themselves unable tosecure the funds necessary to purchase them.
In addition, Shared Risk programs are only for patients doingIVF, with no available options for patients who need, or able touse, less invasive and less expensive therapies.
And finally, Shared Risk programs typically fail to be a “fairdeal” for the patient, because they specifically exclude refundsfor unused or unneeded services, and some even includeexcessive additional fees for ancillary services.
The result: An Overcharged and Unhappy Patient.
PROVIDING COST EFFECTIVE OPTIONS
The C.A.R.E.S.© Program includes packages for the BasicFertility Testing, Clomiphene Citrate or Femara, OvulationInduction therapies and IUI’s.
These packages address the needs of both new fertilitypatients, not yet diagnosed with infertility; as well as patientswho either don’t require the most aggressive therapies, oraren’t ready to move onto these therapies for personal, religious, or financial reasons.

Only ~5% of fertility patients in the market today
actually seek IVF treatment. This leaves most
programs unable to fulfill the needs of the majority.
The C.A.R.E.S.© Program is a completely different
platform; one developed with the purpose of bene-
fiting all... fertility patients, and the clinics who offer
them…
A PROGRAM THAT COVERS IT ALL....
The C.A.R.E.S.© Program provides options and viable solutionsto address the needs of 85-90% of patients in the marketplacetoday, while only requiring patients to pay for the servicesthey intend to receive now, not those they may or may notneed until later, if at all.
HELPING CLINICS CREATE FAMILIES
The C.A.R.E.S.© Program provides multiple options for bothRegular IVF and Donor Egg IVF cycles, for those patientsrequiring this type of therapy to achieve a successfulpregnancy. Patients enrolling in an IVF program are affordedsignificant discounts over the typical fee-for-service chargefor the same services. Since clinic physicians determineeligibility, a higher rate of patients will qualify for the programand be able to participate. With costs more in line with asingle cycle, more patients are able to afford, and willproceed with treatment.
