Take aside 15-20 minutes for contemplation - tocheck if things are going the way you want in life.

Write down the things you believe in and thingsyou want in life.

Tip: When you are contemplating, thoughts mightcome in random order. Take notes in the order theyare coming.

Later, classify them as shown on next slide.

1. Keep aside 15-20 minutes aside daily in the morning before going for anywork.2. Sit down quietly at one place and close your eyes. Relax your breath.3. Remember how you want your life to be.4. Become aware of how your expectations differ from you beliefs.5. Now let go of everything you think and start repeating your affirmationsslowly one by one until you start to feel that way.

After this, you can goto your daily routine but you will feel great from insidenow.
