This session will train new and returning market managers on implementation of the program in 2015 including the sharing of best practices from experienced market managers. Or, what is one new idea that you have for your farmers market or business in 2015? 2) MIFMA works hard to professionalize the job of farmers market managers because we know that they are integral to the success of a farmers market. To better understand the baseline and progress being made, MIFMA will, for the first time, do a study in 2015 to investigate how market managers are being compensated. How would you use the results of a market manager compensation study? 3) In April 2015, MIFMA will begin to draft and set in place a strategic plan to guide our work over the next three years.
