ECI Local Section Awards To encourage excellence in scholarship and service throughout our local section, we will be accepting nominations for awards starting Spring 2016. There will be three different nomination categories: high school teacher, high school student, and middle school teacher. Self-nominations will be accepted with a letter of support and the application will be a concise description of the qualifications and accomplishments of the nominee. Stay tuned for more information in our next newsletter!

New Opportunities in Your Local Section

Networking with Local Industries Local industries have a unique opportunity to make a difference in the careers of the future professionals in the section. Networking is not only a great way to build friendships but also to facilitate mentoring of young chemists that are either still in school or just starting their career. This upcoming semester we are trying to reach more industries in our section. Please contact us if you are part of the local section working in the industry sector and would like to be involved or listed as an affiliate of the local section.
