In order to meet this objective, weemployed12keyparametersor criteria forevaluating theperformance of different states. While some parametersapply specifically to hotel developers, others are morerelevantforstategovernments.

The 12parameters were assessed based on data collected fromvarious reliable sources. Each parameter was furtherassignedaspecificweightcommensuratewithitsindividualimpact on the hotel industry.
