INSURANCE LIMITS AND COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS

The Icon Group SJT New Jersey requires a (current) Certificate of Insurance to be on file in the office of the facilitys rental agent thirty (30) days prior to the Customers event date. Certificates must be mailed to the Icon Group SJT New Jersey rental office by the Customer or the Customers insurance agent in order to be considered valid by the Icon Group SJT New Jersey. The Certificate of Insurance must name the Icon Group SJT New Jersey, LLC as Certificate Holder, as well as Icon Group SJT New Jersey, LLC and all its affiliates as additional insured, to be valid for coverage in the State of New Jersey. The Certificate of Insurance must also include the following landlords as additional insureds:

1. Pier Renaissance LP 2. Pier Renaissance Management Company 3. Pier Renaissance Genpar, Inc. 4. Tower Investments, Inc. 5. Bart Blatstein 6. Boardwalk Regency Corporation d/b/a Caesars Atlantic City

The Certificate is to have insurance limits and coverage as follows, and can be purchased through One Atlantic via K and K Insurance, you may utilize your homeowners policy, or you may obtain insurance from another insurance carrier such as, but not limited to www.rvnuccio.com or www.wedsafe.com. CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS: TYPE OF POLICY AMOUNTOF COVERAGE General Liability $1,000,000 (one million dollars) to include personal liability Each Occurrence to include fire damage $2,000,000 Aggregate HIRED VENDORS REQUIREMENTS TYPE OF POLICY AMOUNTOF COVERAGE Commercial Liability $2,000,000 (two million dollars) to include personal liability Each Occurrence to include fire damage $4,000,000 Aggregate Workers Compensation Policy (Applies if you have employees working at the event) AUTO LIABILITY AMOUNTOF COVERAGE To include any auto $1,000,000 (one million dollars) to include hired auto Each Occurrence to include non-owned autos $2,000,000 Aggregate
