BARS | CUSTOM

Art of the Event's vast collection of custom bars comes in a wide variety of finishes, styles and sizes. All of our barsfeature plenty of shelving for storage space. Many of our bars are modular, offering the opportunity to create largefocal points for any size event. We also offer a variety of bar backs for additional shelving and display options.

Our serpentine bar with mirror panels ( p.9 ) was the highlight of this presidential themed event at the Meadowbrook School in Weston, Massachusetts. Custom vinyl flag appliqués on the bar's mirrored front panel created the illusion of a waving flag in the breeze. Red sheers topped with bunting added to the patriotic theme, as well as custom signage designed by our in-house graphics department.

Our Penalty Box Bar ( p.14 ), was the highlight of a sports-themed event at the Westin Copley Hotel. Complete with arealistic sideboard backdrop, hockey fans were surely in their element!

Several available styles mean there is agather table for any function, and many tables also offer interchangeable tops for an extra customized look!

At the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, a grouping of our mirror share tables ( p.52 ) was the perfect solution for a highprofile gallery opening. Larger groups of guests were able to gather comfortably in areas without feeling crowded ortoo far away. Tall glass cylinders topped with fluffy white hydrangea completed the delicate look, proving that simplecan be anything but boring.

At a gallery opening at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, our baroque low cocktail tables ( p.59 ) with correspondingwhite chairs creates ample seating for guests. The neutral colors used for this event allowed guests toremain focused on the featured artwork without lacking sophistication and style.

Garden parties and nautical events are a New England summertime staple, so bring the outdoors in, or enhance thebeauty of nature with lush greens, sparkling fountains, and realistic topiaries.

Guests were delighted by our garden decor on the patio of the Royal Sonesta in Boston. White lattice fencing ( p.75 )surrounded the venue, offering privacy while still staying thematic, and towering topiaries and boxwood hedges( p.76 ) brought greenery into the naturally urban setting. THEME DÉCOR

Art of the Event's in-house stock theme décor combined with our fabrication capabilities give our team the ability totransform any and all environments. Our producers add interactive game and entertainment options bringing yourtheme to life.

Large spaces demand large decor elements, which makes the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center one of ourfavorite venues to display our Streets of Boston Props. Our giant, 17 foot tall replica of Quincy Market stands proudlyin the center of a recent expo at the BCEC.


Our Cheers Bar replica is a fun and functional bar option for your event. Guests enter through a replica of the originalCheers awning decorated with wrought iron fencing, lampposts and topiary trees.

This 14 foot square cherry wood bar with brass foot rests is an exact replica of the original Cheers Bar. Holding up to(3) bartenders at a time, this fully functional bar has ample under bar storage and includes an overhead glass rack, anenlarged replica of the famous sign that “points” customers to the bar, twelve authentic Cheers barstools and sportsmemorabilia for an authentic pub feel.

Finish off the entire look with buckets of peanuts and beer stein centerpieces topped with carnation'foam'.

Pay homage to the art of urban subculture with this fresh graffiti theme. Light, neon colors and street-inspired elements are sure to impress your guests the minute they step into your event.

Art of the Event has many unique decor items for your street-art themed event. Our in house artisans teamed up to design our graffiti bar, custom graffiti sign-in boards, oversized lampshade centerpieces and slinky chandeliers. They have become staples in our inventory for future graffiti-themed events.

GRAFFITI


Art of the Event can take you anywhere you would like to go, from the Maine coastline to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and anywhere in between. Thinking about a pit stop in Vegas? How about a trip to DC? The beautifully crafted facades and props will take your guests all around the country, with no jet lag!

The Sheraton Boston Hotel's ballroom layout is absolutely perfect for this theme, allowing for us to transform all of the adjoining rooms into a space, while keeping each featured landmark a separate entity. Our red carpet runner with custom branded walk of fame stars leads to our Hollywood sign. We custom designed a scaled replica of the Washington Monument which was the focal point to the center square bar. Custom signage was located throughout the event. Guests were delighted to be able to visit many locations without having to leave Boston.

ROAD TRIP


RUSTIC LODGE

Our rustic theme works great for many different types of events, including holiday parties and weddings. Our expert fabricators spend extra time on the details when creating quality carved signage and hyper-realistic faux stone fireplaces. This event will sure have your guests enjoying their winter evening.

Although some of our props are very large, we take time to plan out how we transport them, and nearly everything comes apart into manageable sections that will fit through a standard-side entryway.

Boston is a city full of rich culture and colorful characters. With our Streets of Boston-themed decor, your guests will be able to tour Boston and see the city's best-known neighborhoods and landmarks all while attending your event.
