STUDENT COMPETITIONS, AWARDS & SPECIAL RECOGNITION

FOUNDER’S AWARD OF EXCELLENCE - $5,500 - Award recognizes exemplary EAST programs that encompass strength in the core components of EAST and is the highest honor for an EAST program. Sponsorship provides funding to purchase prizes, including technology and software. A representative is invited to participate on the judging panel and is on stage while the award is presented. Company name/logo prominently displayed during the Awards Banquet and sponsor recognition during the award presentation. Bronze sponsor package benefits included.

DIFFERENCE MAKER COINS - $3,000 - Company name/logo imprinted on the back of special coins given to select student participants for exemplifying the core values of EAST. These coins are highly sought after and cherished by the students.Special recognition of coin recipients and sponsor at Closing Session.

TECH SUPPORT OLYMPIAD - $2,000 - The Tech Support Olympiad showcases the exceptional technology abilities of students in an on-site, hands-on competition. Competition is held in a prominent location with a live audience. Exclusive logo recognition on competition signage and an opportunity to present the award at the Closing Session.

POSTER COMPETITION - $2,000 - Opportunity to announce winner and present award during Opening Plenary. Finalist posters and company logo displayed on signage near the main exhibit hall entry following announcement of the winner. Company will also be presented with a framed copy of the winning poster.

BEST OF CONFERENCE AWARDS - $1,000 - The Best of Conference Awards offer an opportunity for students, facilitators and other registered participants to vote for the EAST programs that impress them the most during Conference. Company logo displayed on voting website and certificates. Opportunity to present the awards at the Closing Session.

EVENT ITEMS & APPAREL

REGISTRATION BAGS - $10,500 - Exclusive logo recognition on Conference registration bags. One-color logo.Silver sponsor package benefits included.

LANYARDS - $5,500 - Company name/logo imprinted on lanyards worn by all Conference attendees. Company choice of lanyard color and one-color logo design.Bronze sponsor package benefits included.

CLOSING SESSION GIVEAWAY - $3,000 - Company name/logo on a special promotional item given to all attendees at the Closing Session.

T-SHIRT SLEEVE - $2,500 - Company name/logo on one sleeve of the event t-shirt provided to all registered participants. Shirt displays the EAST Conference logo on the front and other sponsor recognition on the back. Two available.

The EAST Initiative also welcomes individual and in-kind donations of any amount to show support of the EAST model, the EAST Initiative and EAST students and facilitators. Individual and in-kind donations will be recognized on the Conference website and in the program.

CONVENTION CENTER VISIBILITY

BREAKOUT SESSION ROOM - $2,500 - One breakout session room “named” for the company and referred to as the “Sponsor” Room in all event communications. Company name/logo on room signage and a table in the room to display additional information and promotional items. Opportunity to meet-and-greet attendees as they enter the room. Two minutes to welcome attendees and introduce the presenter(s). Limited number available and placement on a first-come, first-served basis.

AISLE SIGN - $1,500 - Company name/logo displayed in the exhibit hall on the bottom of one hanging 2’x6’ aisle sign. Limited number available and placement on a first-come, first-served basis.

BANQUET TABLE SECTION DISPLAY - $500 - Company name/logo displayed on approximately 55 tables in one of the four seating sections during the Awards Banquet. Approximately five (5) VIP tables in each section that host prominent supporters of EAST. Four available.
