Session objective

Role of Session Faci · Ensure the conference objectives are met.

· Fully participate in all pre-meetings and post-meetings.

· Proactively discuss and contribute to the agenda of conference.

· Facilitate delegate discussions to deepen learning during and after sessions.

· Proactively create a conference culture of fun and impact.

· Adherence to deadlines.

· Committed to preparation and delivery of sessions.

· 10 hours working time per week after being selected.

Session Faci Profile· Good understanding of the AIESEC way , AIESEC MoC 10 years vision, AIESEC Program, AIESEC impact model and relevance to society.

· Current and past leadership/exchange experience in AIESEC

· Session Design , Development & Delivery skills

· Good facilitation skills and experience

· Excellent session delivery skills in English

Information about RIC• Round trip TCS (in China,mainland) for Session Faci will be

covered by regional LCs

• On site food/ Pre-meeting and Post-meeting room for Session Faci and Group Faci will be covered by OC.

• 100 RMB subsidy for each Group Faci will be covered by MC.

• Each Session Faci need to arrive at hotel 2 days before conference.

*Agenda Manager reserve all the right for the final decision.
