2 Spring program guide 2015

it’s springtime (already!), and what better way to kick the season into high gear than by signing up for a recreation program. You can feel it in the air! the desire to break outside, or be rejuvenated through exploration of your creative side. spring fever is alive and well.

our Recreation services team has served up another excellent lineup of activities – whether you’re two, and looking to gain some soccer skills in the new weekend program, or whether you’re 62, and keen to combine fitness and social time through the (also new) Men in Motion strength training circuit.

Popular classes such as spin are being expanded, and yoga now offers three different programs to choose from. With spring break coming up, there are a wide range of activities, camps and programs for the kids too.

Wherever your spring fever takes you, this guide is a great place to start.

see you out there!
