unique and rewarding glimpse into our

nation’s government.

WHO: All Alaskan High School Seniors

WHAT: 2015 Summer Internship Program

Where: Washington, D.C.

When: Two Sessions, lasting four weeks each

June 1 to june 26, 2014 or July 6 to July 31, 2015

WHY: To learn about the workings of the U.S. Senate and

the federal legislation that affects Alaska.

A total of 20 students from Alaska will be selected to participate in two, month-long sessions. Housing and transportation

will be arranged by the Senator’s office, but interns will be responsible for other expenses. The Senator's office will

also provide a stipend to help allay these costs.
