We are a Consul5ng and M&A Company established in 2006 -‐ original with a focus on Interim Management within larger European Companies (primarily the Automo?ve-‐ and Renewable industry) We are today primarily focused on Strategic-‐ and Commercial Consultancy as well as M&A transac5ons within the Renewable Energy Business.

We are a network based organisa5on, with an experienced team -‐ many with several senior management posi5ons behind them.

We have made the commercial strategy, and managed the opera5onal sales of a leading European manufacture of large steel structures for the offshore wind industry.

We have established the sales organisa5on, made the commercial strategy and implemented the sales process of the European subsidiary company (SAMSUNG Heavy Industry).

We have par5cipated in a holis5c company improvement process at the absolute highest level, in one of the larger WTG OEM’s world wide.

We have ac5vely sold and procured SME companies world wide (but primarily within the renewable industry in Europe).

We have been consultants and owners rep. during development and construc5on of PV-‐ and Wind farms in most of Europe.

We are suppor5ng several foreign companies, establishing themselves in Europe, both with our strategy processes, but as well by helping them to get their projects and products onto the European market.

We are at the very moment helping more companies to find external capital investors or new owners.
